Terms of Use

1. Purpose of this website

This website presents information about made-to-order mascot costumes, mascot plush, doll outfits and mascot clothing, and provides an enquiry channel. Product content describes a custom service; it is not an offer of retail stock, an instant price or a fixed lead time. Product images and character styles are references for custom work, and the finished item follows the artwork and specification both sides confirm.

2. Quotation and order

• Every project is quoted individually; a quotation applies only to the specification, quantity and validity period stated in it.
• A quotation does not include items that are not listed in it.
• An order is formed only after both sides confirm the artwork, quantity, unit price and delivery arrangement.
• The minimum order for a custom mascot costume project is 1 piece; the practical arrangement is discussed according to style, decoration and materials.

3. Artwork, proofing and approval

• We prepare artwork from the character style, brand colours and materials you provide; production follows the artwork you approve.
• Proofing arrangements, sample charges and lead time depend on the project.
• Changes requested after artwork approval may affect the price and the delivery date.

4. Material you provide

• You confirm that you hold the lawful right to use any trademark, logo, image or text you supply, and you are responsible for third-party claims arising from it.
• We do not publish customer names, logos, photographs, quantities or outcomes without written permission.

5. Payment and delivery

• Payment arrangements and the delivery method, date and location follow the quotation and the order terms both sides confirm.
• The production period begins after the project details (artwork, quantity, materials and payment arrangement) are confirmed, and may be affected by material supply, weather, transport and events outside our control.
• Unless both sides agree otherwise in writing, the delivery date is a reasonable estimate and not a guaranteed date.

6. Inspection, returns and care

• Please inspect the goods within a reasonable time after delivery. If the item does not match the confirmed specification or has a clear production defect, contact us immediately so that we can arrange a remedy.
• Because the products are made to order, returns or exchanges are not generally offered beyond those cases.
• Cleaning and care guidance is published on this website. Damage caused by improper use or care is not a production defect.

7. Intellectual property

The text, images, layout and trademarks on this website belong to iGift Company Limited or the relevant rights holders. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

8. Liability

Our liability in relation to a custom order is limited to the amount received for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Website content is updated from time to time and we do not warrant that every item is complete or current at all times.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are handled by the Hong Kong courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with a revised last updated date.
